La mayoría de cosas, tiene pésimo servicio al cliente, jamás realizaron servicio de limpieza a la habitación, no hicieron cambio de blancos y toallas, no surtieron rollo higiénico, ni jamón de manos ni agua nada, el agua de la alberca estaba helada

Es fácil llegar, está bien ubicado, es un lugar muy...

Es fácil llegar, está bien ubicado, es un lugar muy agradable.

No tiene servicio de Bar, ni restaurante, solamente para el desayuno. Aunque es un lugar realmente lindo no pudimos disfrutar el hotel puesto que había algo en el ambiente (incluida la piscina) que causaba molestias en la piel (comezón, irritación)

Es un hotel amplio, luminoso y con lindas áreas comunes. La habitación muy cómoda, gran cama y buenas almohadas. El baño muy amplio y la ducha con muy buena presión y agua caliente. Buen internet. Buen servicio de los empleados.

La ubicación. Está a unos metros de la carretera y cerca de la entrada a complejo hotelero de flamingos.

En el area de la alberca habia un problema por las hierbas del terreno de enseguida y volaban espinas que nos lastimaron en todo el cuerpo causandonos una picazon terrible!!!

Comfortable Stay

Bed was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed having a bathtub. Quiet. Great buffet. Large room. Toiletries provided.

Bathroom was a little dirty and no towels in the room when arrived. Not the best location to get around unless you are familiar with the bus's and cambi's or don't mind taking a taxi.

The rooms were clean by Mexico standards. The food was quite good and very reasonable. We only planned on staying one night, it is a very good value if you just want someplace to lay your head for a couple of days.

Only one person at the hotel speaks English enough to even understand that we had no towels it took two trips to front desk to get two towels. thee are no hand towels or wash rags provided.

The layout of the hotel including the restaurant were quite nice.Too bad the outdoor pool wasn’t’t heated....

When I checked in they gave me a standard room but I had paid for and booked a suite.I also told them this prior to being given my room.I had to go back down to the front desk and complained that I was in a standard room and show them my confirmation that I booked a suite.When they printed off there confirmation it did say that it was a suite so they finally changed my room.

The hotel and staff were good, but the location and seasonal price increase was not.

I like the two bottles of water they gave us each day. I liked the staff, very polite .

l know they put the prices up for the holiday season, but it was almost double.....then I didn't feel the price matched the value! Transportation was easy to get going north, but to catch the bus going south, or to come back from the north, it was very difficult....as your on a highway, in the middle of no where.

1. Check in took about 30 minutes.. and I was alone on reception 2. I didn't get a remote control from the TV and air conditioner. I asked three times at the reception, they promised, called to someone and ... nothing. 3. After cleaning the room, they took all the towels and did not leave a clean one!..

Not the nicest place in Nuevo Vallarta

The pros: AC works. Staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable. Rates are affordable.

The cons: There is no soundproofing whatsoever. You will hear the guy next door fart. No kidding. The shower in our room was leaking big time. We had to create towel dam to prevent the whole bathroom floor to be flooded. I advised the frontdesk, with a detailed written note in Spanish. The shower still leaks 3 days later. It probably still leaks while you read this. The staff doesn't speaks english. Housekeeping would do the room around 4:30 PM. Coffee maker in the room, but no coffee provided. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:00 AM but during our long 6 days here, nothing was ready at 7:00 AM. Traditional mexican food served. I've seen dead flies in the yogurt pan at the buffet the second day of our visit. Haven't eaten there ever after. Also, if you are unlucky enough to spent more than one night here, you must go to the frontdesk each nignt to get your keycard activated. They can't encoded it for more than 24h hours. What a joke. Bottom line: If you are a Mexican worker, on a business trip, it's a great place to stop by for a night. If you are looking for a nice getaway with your lover or your family, keep looking for another hotel.

Quiet and convent (by cab)!

Quiet place, friendly staff, comfortable bedding and AC works! Pool tempature is ambient, but fine for swimming. Very rural setting with brush, trees and cattle views to the NE.

Walking to the MEGA is an awkward 1.5 miles not recommended unless you've got a lot of experience in Mexico. Cabs are inexpensive however. Pets are not allowed, a situation I was unaware of at the time of my booking.
